About Bryan Abrams

Known by my friends and colleagues as “Mr. Studio City,” I am a top-producing Real Estate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty, a leading real estate firm with offices across the country. My hands-on approach, as well as my reputation among clients for dependability, knowledgeability, and integrity, have consistently placed me in the top 1% of agents company-wide. I have also been named a Top Agent by Real Trends in the Wall Street Journal.

After earning my BA in Business from UCSB and my MBA from Pepperdine, I began a 13-year career in banking. Then in 1999, I decided to follow my passion and get my broker’s license. Early in my career, I had the great fortune to be mentored by John Aaroe, whose boutique real estate firm was bought by Compass at the end of 2018.

I have lived in Studio City since 1994 and have consistently served the community. As a former Carpenter Community Charter Elementary School parent and an ongoing beneficiary for the school, I was recognized as a 2011 Community Honoree for my continued financial support. As a local advocate, I served as a board member and treasurer for the Studio City Residents Association and the Studio City Beautification Association from 2012 to 2016. I represent clients all throughout LA and the San Fernando Valley, and I have closed countless deals in neighborhoods such as Los Feliz, the Hollywood Hills, and Malibu, just to name a few. I have always believed in the importance of understanding the needs and challenges that homeowners face, and to that end, I have served on the Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors Grievance Committee since 2014, where I have overseen many real estate ethics cases. This experience has reaffirmed my reputation as an honest, dependable broker with an earnest care for the well-being of my clients.
