Spring Cleaning in Studio City!
A couple of weeks ago I hosted a great event with fellow Compass agent Karen Medved. We wanted to make it easier for residents of Studio City to get their Spring cleaning done without causing too much pain and aggravation.
Inspired by Marie Kondo and her show, 'Tidying Up', we decided to help residents in our community get rid of old or unused items from their homes.
To make this happen, we rented a couple of large trucks and then invited people to register online to have us come pick up two piles from in front of their homes, one for donations and one for trash.
We ended up visiting 40 homes all around Studio City, and we came across some pretty interesting items (see photos).
We were happy to provide this unique and convenient service for Studio City homeowners. We made it easier to donate their belongings and dispose of their trash!
Look forward to other neighborhood events in the near future.
