Silver Triangle

 

The Silver Triangle is a neighborhood in Studio City bounded by Laurel Canyon to the west, Whitsett to the east, Laurel Terrace to the south, and Ventura Boulevard to the north. This location is very desirable due to its proximity to Ventura Boulevard, which has some of the area’s best shopping and dining. Fryman Canyon is also nearby for hikers who crave stunning views, as well as Carpenter Avenue Elementary School. The neighborhood contains just over 400 homes, all of which are single-family, and many of which are recently built. The homes in this area range from small 2 bedroom, 1 bath houses on small lots to large, brand new homes, with some additional ultra-large estates that were recently built on large lots in the hills above the Silver Triangle.
